MOYAS unbeaten run shattered – Leaves coach fuming

MOYAS FC ladies team unbeaten run was on Sunday shuttered after they fell to Old is Gold in the ongoing Women’s premier league. The 1-0 loss result left MOYAS coach fuming with claims of biased officiating that brutally stole the day.

MOYAS fell to a last minute goal that ensured their six match unbeaten run came to an end.

Team head coach Allan Opiyo said “This was very suspect officiating. His decisions throughout the match were very biased and unfriendly towards us. We feel frustrated but we will live to fight another day.” He lamented.

“Our opponents’ goal was a clean offside. Two of our goals were canceled and two hand balls in their box waved on. It was very clear because the center referee kept disagreeing with the assistant referees who held different opinions. This kind of officiating is killing the game and something serious needs to be done.” Said Opiyo.

MOYAS had on Saturday defeated Mathare Ladies 3-2 in another premier league match played in Komarock Mathare Ladies home ground.
