Williamson decries poor pitch and oppressive tourney rules

Harambee Stars head coach Bobby Williamson is not pleased with the Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup rules that require teams to use just 20 players.

Stars came to Ethiopia with 23 players and with the tourney rules outlining that only 20 can be used in the tournament, it means three players will not feature at all   in the two-week tournament.

The Scot is also not pleased with the state of pitches.

“Most pitches are over used, hard and bumpy...we just have 20 players who we can use and that mean some players can't be involved. This is a Senior Challenge Cup and we have to bring our best players.
