Tyson Wekesa gave Wazito the lead with a 22nd minute penalty after Curtis Wekesa was fouled in the box, a lead that Fred Ambani’s side would take to the half time break.
Wekesa then doubled Wazito’s lead with a 76th minute goal before Erick Balecho got a late consolation for Seal in the 62nd minute.
The return fixture takes place on Sunday with a place in the 2022/23 FKF Premier League at stake for the aggregate winner.
Wazito finished the 2021/22 FKFPL season third from bottom while Seal missed out on automatic promotion after finishing third at the close of the second tier National Super League (NSL) season.
