The winner of this competition will represent Kenya in the 2021/22 CAF Confederation Cup
Current league leaders Tusker FC and third placed AFC Leopards face off in the highlight fixture of the FKF Cup which hits the quarterfinal stage on Wednesday 9 June 2021. This match takes place at the Ruaraka ground and will be preceded by the quarterfinal clash between defending champions Bandari and minnows Equity Bank.
The other two quarterfinals take place on Thursday 10 June 2021, Nairobi City Stars facing Bidco in Ruaraka while Gor Mahia play Kariobangi Sharks at Utalii.
