Sliders going for victory against Vikings

 Third placed Sliders will go for nothing less than victory when they play Vikings at the City Park Stadium on Sunday mid Morning

Both teams are on six points in the nine team women national league table but sliders have a better goal difference.

 Club secretary Tina Agunda who is also a player at the club that last won the league over a decade ago says the players are prepared to carry the day.

“We have trained very well as a team. “ she said, “The ladies are mentally prepared and will not assume it’s going to be an easy day for us. The bottom line is we are not going for anything less than victory.” she said.

 Orange lead the table with 18 points followed by Strathmore University with nine points.
