The winners of the competition, both boys and girls, will earn a fully paid trip to Romania later in the year for several weeks of training camp with the Romanian national teams.
After months of traversing four counties, the Europe Day Youth Soccer Tournament will culminate on Friday, May 17th, with the winners earning a ticket to a training camp in Romania.
Having played in Marsabit, Homa Bay, Kilifi, and Nairobi Counties, the inaugural Europe Day Soccer Tournament brought together 32 girls' teams and 32 boys' teams, with the winners securing direct qualification to the finals in Nairobi.
Dakabraicha Girls and Gadamoji will represent Marsabit County, Ringa Boys and Kobala will carry the Homa Bay County flag, Kachororoni and Mkongani Boys will represent Kilifi, while Dagoretti Mixed (girls) and Highway High School will be the Nairobi representatives.
