The side suffered their 13th loss of the season last weekend in a clash against Kisumu Lakeside and are last on the 12-team log.
Coach Job Munene says his charges, Zetech Titans, have the ball in their own court as far as avoiding the relegating axe goes.
The side suffered their 13th loss of the season last weekend in a clash against Kisumu Lakeside and are last on the 12-team log.
"The players have it within themselves to turn their season around and avoid relegation but that can only happen if and when they follow instructions during the matches.
We have only managed one win against Lakeside in the first leg, away in Kisumu, but there were matches we lost out of complacency.
We keep pushing them to fight for the wins but in the end it is upon themselves to want to win," coach Munene said after the loss to Lakeside last weekend.
In their quest for a second win, Munene's charges face Umoja who are on their own chase for a playoff slot, while also looking to avoid relegation.
Umoja is tied on five wins with Kenyatta University (K.U) Pirates and University of Nairobi (UoN) Terror but the two varsity sides have one and two matches in hand respectively. Lakeside have won four after 17 matches and are next to Titans on the chopping board.
Other weekend matches in the men's top tier league have former champions Ulinzi Warriors hosting Terror at Ulinzi Complex on Saturday.
Blades play Umoja on Sunday while Equity Dumas face off with Africa Nazarene University (ANU) Wolfpacks.
