Kenya Prisons on Saturday recovered from their opening  loss to beat  Tunisia's  ASM Marsa 3-0 (25-12, 25-15, 26-24) as the women Africa volleyball club championships entered day four in  

Thirteen points by  Loice Jepkosgei and eight points each by captain Evelyne Makuto ,  Brackcides Khadambi and Edith Wisa guided the former champions to their maiden Pool B win at the competition.

In their opening fixture, Kenya Prisons lost to defending champions Al Ahly by straight sets.

Earlier Kenyan champions Kenya Pipeline had dismissed Sonatrach of Algeria with a convincing 3-0 (26-24, 25-23, 25-16) Pool C win.

The competition continues on Sunday with Prison taking on Algeria's Bejaia in a must win match for the five time champions who need one more win to qualify for the quarter finals.
