Police Shown Dust In Kisii, AFC Leopards Saved From Jaws of Mara

In Ukunda, Bidco United handed Bandari their first loss of the season, defeating them 2 – 0 at the Ukunda Show ground.

A lone goal from Vincent Nyabuto was enough to give Shabana FC their first victory of the season when they beat Kenya Police FC 1 – 0 at the Gusii Stadium on Sunday. Despite dominating possession, Police were unable to find the back of the net, while Shabana capitalized on a 32nd minute goal from Nyabuto to secure all the three points.

In Dandora, Sydney Lokale struck late in extra time to earn AFC Leopards a vital point as they drew 1 – 1 with Mara Sugar. Mara had taken the lead in the 43rd minute through Meshack Karani but Lokale’s equalizer in the final minutes of the match gave under pressure coach, Tomas Trucha, a lifeline.

Meanwhile, Kakamega Homeboyz bounced back from their previous loss to Sofapaka with a solid 2 – 0 victory over Murang’a Seal at the Sportpesa Arena. Oliver Majak and Moses Shumah were on target for the Abana Ba Ingo.

In Ukunda, Bidco United handed Bandari their first loss of the season, defeating them 2 – 0 at the Ukunda Show ground. Bidco secure the win through two late first half goals from Mark Ochieng’ and Asiego.

With the wins, Shabana climbs to seventeenth place with 7 points, Homeboyz to fourteenth with 8 points while Bidco moves to tenth with 9 points. Mara Sugar maintains second place with 15 points and Murang’a seals are eleventh with 9 points.
