Pipeline,Prison land in Cairo ahead of Africa volleyball championships

The two Kenyan teams -Kenya Pipeline and Kenya Prisons- have already landed in Cairo Egypt two days before the Africa women volleyball club championship that serves off at the Al Ahly hall on Tuesday.

Both Kenyan teams landed in Cairo early on Sunday with Kenya Pipeline having connected through Abu Dhabi while Kenya Prisons connected to Cairo through Ethiopia.

With the draw set for Monday afternoon, the two Kenyan teams will join twenty other clubs including the hosts Al Ahly in the chase for the elusive crown.

National champions Kenya Pipeline are out for an eight African crown while Prisons who finished third last year are keen to reclaim their African crown with a 6th title. Kenya is yet to win the African crown since 2013 when Kenya Prisons last won it in Madagascar.
