After the long international break, the Spanish La Liga action resumes on Saturday 31st with Harambee Stars striker Micheal Olunga's Girona at their home ground Montilivi Stadium to welcome Levante in an already sold out clash.

Girona's last match was a nine-goal thriller against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu where they lost 6-3 but displayed some good attacking football. Olunga was a late sub during that game and despite not scoring; he showed some flashes of brilliance and troubled Madrid's defender Marcelo da Silva.

Just two points below Europa Cup qualification, Girona tactician Pablo Machín is only likely to make changes upfront depending on the energy levels of Cristhian Stuani and Michael Olunga who traveled during the break.

Machín has preferred to stick to his starting XI only making one or two changes in exceptional circumstances such as injury or suspension.

Stuani was a late sub for Uruguay in the 1-0 win over Wales while Olunga scored one and provided an assist during Harambee Stars 3-2 loss to Central African Republic. Olunga also played the whole game against Comoros that ended 2-2.

This Spanish La Liga season, Olunga has accumulated 314 minutes of action in ten games, three starts and seven as a substitute and has three goals to his credit. He should add to this statistics during the Levante game.

Girona has had six consecutive victories at home and on paper, they are favorite to beat the struggling Levante. Levante could however bank on a 2-0 to win over Girona last October for inspiration.

The  Spanish La Liga match kicks off at 2pm Kenyan time.
