"I am eager to train with the team and move with my family to the US. I have never trained for so long outside Kenya, so it will be a challenge but something new, and it's good to try new things. I am so happy to join On and work with the team,” she said, as quoted on the company’s website.

Multiple World Champion Hellen Obiri will move from her sponsorship with Nike to global performance brand ON, as she plans her transition to the United States.

Obiri will close out her career at the Diamond League final in Switzerland and thereafter, poetically join hands with the Zurich based company for her career in road racing.

The reigning World Cross Country champion and her family will be moving to Boulder in the United States where she will start her training under world-renowned OAC Head Coach Dathan Ritzenhein.

"I am eager to train with the team and move with my family to the US. I have never trained for so long outside Kenya, so it will be a challenge but something new, and it's good to try new things. I am so happy to join On and work with the team,” she said, as quoted on the company’s website.

On Co-Founder Olivier Bernhard said; "We are immensely proud and honored to have Hellen Obiri join the On team," said.
