Nzoia Sugar appoint Evance Kadenge as club chairman

Mr. Kadenge will lead a team of football club committee members already handling various capacities and have all pledged to give him their support.

Nzoia Sugar FC has appointed Evance Kadenge as the new club chairman, according to an official statement from the club's board of management. Kadenge takes over from Yapets Mokua, who stepped down from the role on September 11th.

“The sponsor considered Kadenge’s impeccable track record over the years in various capacities starting out as a player, assistant coach and Head Coach. He later on took up leadership roles in the club where he exhibited exemplary performances.” The statement said.

The management expressed their great confidence in Kadenge to whom they believe carries with him a wealth of experience and is a great resource to the football fraternity.

“We would like to request all our esteemed fans and stakeholders to accord him their full support as he takes on his noble task of bringing back the glory of our club.”

Nzoia Sugar FC was relegated to the National Super League (NSL) last season. Just a season after coming second in log with Salim Babu as coach.  They start their NSL campaign against Fortune Sacco on 21st September at Sudi Stadium.
