After arriving in Cairo, Egypt on Tuesday night, Harambee Stars head coach Sebastien Migne says the team now has to get straight to work and focus on the task ahead. Stars arrived in the Egyptian capital from France, where they put up a three week training camp.
“It is nice to be here finally; it is nice to see that the dream is true but that is over now. We should focus on getting the job done and not the excitement. We get down to work immediately and try to get ready for the first game against Algeria on Sunday,” Migne said.
Stars were received at the airport by the Kenyan ambassador to Egypt and a number of fans who also made their way to the airport to welcome the team.
They will have the first session at their training base in Cairo on Wednesday night.
“We have had a good training in France. We have the possibility of working in good conditions in a good venue and now we have to ensure we put the work to use,” stated the tactician
