Langata Gremio lands new partners

The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Nairobi County League side Langata Gremio FC have partnered with Yala Beverages Limited.

The side will be kitted with   branded  playing kits for the 2016 season ,  and also provide drinking water for training and during matches.

In the sponsorship, Gremio will also receive Kshs. 500,000/- for the entire season to facilitate the team’s activities.

Following the development, the company's chairman Lemmy Nyawade was appointed as the Langata Gremio chairman.

Nyawade said through their water brand, he wanted to support grassroots football and Langata Gremio  has provided the platform.

Speaking at the function which was a fundraiser for the club this season, Langata Gremio Chief executive Japheth Akhulia expressed gratitude to the sponsors for making a timely entry to the team.

“We have prayed for this and God has heard  our prayers by bringing Mainet Water on board as our partners as we are self reliant team with no sponsors. This is a milestone,” he said.
