Kenya Hockey action intensifies at the Park
Nine matches have been lined up this weekend at the City Park stadium in Nairobi as the Kenya Hockey season intensifies.
Having played six matches and on twelve points, defending champions Nairobi Simba will be in action against KCAU hoping to collect maximum points as they chase the leading pack at the summit of the log.
Kisumu Simba currently leads the standings with 26 points from 10 matches 8 wins, one draw and a loss. Former champions Kenya Police are right behind the leaders with a point less but having played less matches (8).The two have a lined up face off in a potential explosive encounter on Sunday as whoever wins the encounter ( Kisumu Simba vs Police) will have a big advantage.
In the women ‘s league USIU-A have their fire power chasing after defending champions Telkom Orange with both teams on 27 points though the latter have a match at hand.
