Kenya defeat Rwanda to set up Kwibuka T20 final date with Namibia

Winning the toss at the Gahanga International Cricket stadium, Kenya elected to bat and were 117/6 at the close of their allocated overs. Wetoto contributing 38 runs for the Kenyans who would put up an inspired performance to bowl out the Rwandese for 65 runs after 16.5 overs.

An inspired performance from Sarah Wetoto saw Kenya defeat hosts Rwanda by 52 runs, setting up a final date against Namibia in the Kwibuka T20 tournament in Kigali, Rwanda on Friday 11 June 2021.

Namibia had earlier booked their final berth with a 91 run victory over Nigeria. 

The final will be played on Saturday 12 June 2021.
