Kenya Cup final venue, ticket prices confirmed
Saturday’s final pits perennial finalists Kabras Sugar against giant killers Menengai Oilers who knocked defending champions KCB of the semifinal with a 24-17 win at the KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka on Saturday 5 March 2022.
The Bull Ring at the Kakamega Lions Primary School is the venue for the 2021/22 Kenya Cup final on Saturday 12 March 2022.
This was confirmed by the Kenya Rugby Union on Tuesday 8 March 2022.
The venue serves as the home ground of KRU Championship side Western Bulls.

Kabras on the other hand reached the final with a 29-9 victory over the Strathmore Leos at the ASK Showground in Kakamega.
The fixture on Saturday is historic as this is the first time since the league was first played in 1970 that two teams from outside Nairobi are competing for the title.
The final will be preceded by the Women’s Kenya Cup final at 1.00pm pitting Impala Saracens and Mwamba with the Kenya Cup third place playoff between outgoing champions KCB and Strathmore Leos taking place on pitch B at the same time.
The KRU Championship clash between Western Bulls and Kisumu gets the day’s proceedings underway at 11.00am.
Meanwhile, the ticket prices have been announced for Saturday’s final. It will cost Ksh 300 on the day with gates opening at 10.00am.
