KCB to consider KVF partnership?
The Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) may be poised to benefit from a partnership with Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB)
Latest developments suggest that there may be a partnership between the Kenyan finance giants and the body that governs volleyball activities in the country after the two met to discuss the possibilities.
KVF President, Withaka Kioni and his Deputy Treasurer Moses Mbuthia were at the KCB Head Office as they paid a courtesy visit to the KCB Group Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs who is also the KCB Volleyball team patron, Madam Sudi Odhiambo.
They all had a discussion exploring the possibilities of KCB partnering with KVF in a number of areas including; Sponsoring the forthcoming high-performance coaching seminar, the KVF National League and Tournaments and a possible branch tournament in Nairobi.
In the meeting, which was facilitated by, KCB Team Manager, Moses Kimani, they conclusively agreed that formal proposals should be written and forwarded to Mrs Odhiambo for further scrutiny and consideration a response to which will be communicated in due time.
