Women National Super League Zone A side Falling Waters Barcelona SC dropped points as Kayole Starlets secured a win to move top of the league standings in the NSL matches played on Sunday, December 1st, 2024.
Esther Wanjiru ‘Messi' was the difference maker in Mombasa as she scored to help Kayole Starlets claim three points against Bandari Queens. Meanwhile, Barcelona were held to a barren draw by Macmillan Queens at Ruaraka grounds. As a result, Kayole now moves to top of the NSL with 17 points, two more than second placed Barcelona.

Gor had opened the score in the 17th minute through Sheila Awour, before Margaret Rehema levelled the score four minutes later. Just two minutes after, Yvvone Adhiambo gave Gor the lead again but Jumwa's late goal ensured a share of the spoils for the visitors.
In NSL Zone B, Kakamega Starlets were held to a 1 – 1 draw by Trans Nzoia Falcons, Gene Queens edged out Eldoret Falcons 2 – 1, while FC 105 Nini Farm lost 2 – 1 at home to Solasa Stima Queens.
On Saturday, Hildana Queens handed GASPO Women their first loss of the season with a 1 – 0 victory, while Chakol Queens drew 1 – 1 with Kisii Queens.
