Kapaito leaves Kariobangi Sharks

Kapaito, was last week crowned the 2020/21 Most Valuable Player during the FKF Premier League gala awards. He also clinched the FKFPL Golden Boot after plundering 24 goals during the past season.

Erick Kapaito has left Kariobangi Sharks for Ethiopia's Arba Minch who have been promoted to that country's top tier league competition.

Kapaito, was last week crowned the 2020/21 Most Valuable Player during the FKF Premier League gala awards. He also clinched the FKFPL Golden Boot after plundering 24 goals during the past season. 

Born on Christmas Day 1995, Kapaito is an alumnus of the Laiser Hill Academy and the Presbyterian University. The former FC Talanta forward also claimed the 2018 KPL Golden Boot in his first season at Sharks and will link up with former Vihiga United and Wazito defender Bernard Ochieng at the Ethiopian side.
