The 2021 Kenya Cup season kicked off with four fixtures across the country on Saturday 27 February 2021.

Defending champions KCB were made to fight for a 24-16 win over league returnees Strathmore Leos at the KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka.

Kabras Sugar were 56-0 winners over debutants Masinde Muliro in Kakamega as Menegai Oilers posted a 39-13 result over Kenya Harlequin in Nakuru.

The other fixture saw Top Fry Nakuru post a 13-8 win over Blak Blad.
