Gor Mahia confirm Tuyisenge departure
Gor have confirmed that seven players, including Tuyisenge and Francis Kahata who has joined Simba in Tanzania will leave the club.
Kenyan premier League champions Gor Mahia have confirmed that star striker Jack Tuyisenge, who arrived at the club in a Sh4mn deal from Rwandese side Police FC in 2016 is set to leave the club for Angolan money-bags Petro Atletico.
Talks have been ongoing between the two clubs with Tuyisenge having impressed the Angolan outfit when he played against them at this year’s CAF Confederations Cup, scoring the goal that knocked them out and took Gor to the quarter finals.
“Tuyisenge is in the process of joining Angolan giants Petro Atlético de Luanda. Both clubs have agreed on terms of the deal,” a statement from the club read.
Meanwhile, Gor have confirmed that seven players, including Tuyisenge and Francis Kahata who has joined Simba in Tanzania will leave the club.
Defender Pascal Ogweno who joined Gor from Sharks at the beginning of last season will depart as well as midfielder Cersidy Okeyo, keeper Shabaan Odhoji, midfielder Castro Ogendo as well as Ugandan striker Erisa Ssekisambu.
