Emphatic win for Ingwe as Tusker flop again

Tusker FC suffered their second consecutive loss this season following their 2-0 loss away to Thika United on Sunday.

Tusker, 5-2 losers of their opening fixture to Nzoia United last weekend are yet to find their last year's form that saw them win the title.

Eugene Mukangula and Sami Kibwana scored for Thika United  to collect maximum points against the blunt defending champions.

At the same time AFC Leopards opened their 2017 season account with an emphatic 3-0 win over debutants Nakumatt with goals coming through Ghanaina striker Gilbert Fiamenyo, Marsellus Ingotse and Paul Kiongera.

Elsewhere at Afaraha Nakuru , Sony Sugar  collected maximum points against Sofapaka with a 1-0 win courtesy of substitute George Abege.

Sofapaka will rue a golden opportunity in the final sessions of the match when Moses Odhiambo threw away a penalty kick after  Joseph Omweri had handled within the box.

Kariobangi Sharks lost their second consecutive match  falling 1-0 to Muhoroni Youth.
