On Saturday, Dumas take on stubborn Eldonets Platinum before playing Kisumu Lakeside on Sunday.
Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) men's league title-hopefuls Equity Dumas are on the war path when they travel away to Eldoret and Kisumu this weekend.
Coming off a shock loss to University of Nairobi (UoN) Terror, the side is keen to bag maximum points away to maintain their top two place at the conclusion of the regular league.
On Saturday, Dumas take on stubborn Eldonets Platinum before playing Kisumu Lakeside on Sunday.
"We are dealing with a few injuries and some other players also have some knocks that could slow them down but it is crucial that we win these matches. We have prepared well and are ready for battle," technical director David Maina said in an interview.
One of their key players, James Mwangi, missed out in the team's loss to Terror but Maina maintains that they will access his injury and determine whether he will play.
"Kevin Kigotho and Victor Bosire are also not fully fit. They will travel with the team and will be introduced as deemed fit in either matches," Maina added.
In other men's league matches this weekend, Umoja who went down to Kenyatta University Pirates in their last outing face off with a charged Terror ready to fight for a playoff slot.
Relegation-bound Zetech Titans play Pirates in a varsity derby likely to be a thriller.
