Dantrop wins Karen Pro-Am ahead of Kenya Open

The build up to the Barclays Kenya Open reached fever pitch today with the hosting of two pro-am events at Karen, host of the 2013 tournament and Muthaiga Golf Club.

 Jens Dantrop of Sweden won the first prize of 1000 Euros after posting a five under par 66. Three players tied on second, Guillaume Cambis (France), Jacob Glennemo (Sweden) and Nicolo Ravano (Italy) all posted four under par 67, claiming the second prize of 566 Euros each.

Kenya's Nick Rokoine and Raymond Russell of Scotland were joint third, their three under par 68 earning them 275 Euros each.

The team prize went to Raymond Russell, partnered by J Ngunze and Anthony Muturi.
