Cameroon take on Algeria’s Les Fennecs at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker in Blida on Tuesday, with a mountainous task of beating the former African champions at their backyard.

North African teams are known to be rock solid at their home grounds and carrying a 1-0 defeat from home last week, Cameroon have all to play for when they get to the pitch on Tuesday.

The Indomitable Lions, under recently appointed coach Alex Song, must win by two clear goals to sail through to their record eighth World Cup appearance and this will be no mean feat.

"Our performance was not bad. We did what had to be done. We remain confident, we need to get a result in the return game. we will try to qualify in Blida," Song said.

Algeria’s Djabel Belmadi on the other hand is expecting the sold-out stadium at home to rev them up and push their side to a ticket into Cameroon.
