Buruburu basketball ladies win second match of school games

Buru Buru girls from Metropolitan won their second match in the ongoing Kenya Secondary School games after they beat Heights from Aberdares 39- 9 on Wednesday morning at the Mangu High School.

Buru Buru managed to win the first quarter 0-9 then got 6 points against Heights 0 in the 2nd quarter to put the half time scores at 15-0. In the 3rd quarter Heights managed to sink in a single point while Buru Buru had 6 points then finished off their opponents in the last quarter with 18 points while Heights managed to get 8 points in a rather slow paced match.

In the other match played on Wednesday morning St.Brigids beat Mabera from Lake 76-28. St Brigids had lost to Buru Buru on Monday going down 33-25.
