Bungoma High win school's rugby title
Bungoma High School are the new Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National 15s Rugby champions.
Bungoma High school won their maiden title on Saturday after defeating Moi Sirgoi 19-06 on the final day of the national school games held at the Friends School Kamusinga in Bungoma County.
In Hockey , hosts Friends School Kamusinga reclaimed their national title after defeating Upperhill 2-1 in the finals while Sinyolo lifted the women 's title with a 1-0 win over Tigoi.
In Basketball Upperhill were easy winners over Alliance High School winning 81-24 in the finals while newcomers Kayatiwi beat pre final's favorites Buruburu 53-25 in the women's finals.
The national champions will represent Kenya at the East Africa Games to be held in Eldoret later in August.
