The men's matches are set for Thursday 22 June 2023, a day before the commencement of the men's final league leg at the same venue.

Initially, the semis and final had been slated for 9 April but were postponed following the untimely demise of Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) president Waithaka Kioni.
Paul Bitok is happy to see the men's competition come to a close even as the fate of the women's tournament remains clouded as all women's activities are likely to be put on hold with the national team in camp ahead of two crucial international tournaments.
