The draw against Leopards left Tusker at the bottom half of the table with fifteen points, twelve behind log leaders Gor Mahia

AFC Leopards' wait for their second win of the season will stretch for another week after playing Tusker to a barren draw at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Monday.

In the thirteen matches played this season, Ingwe have managed a single win, eight draws and four defeats, placing them a slot above the red zone.

Muhoroni Youth are the other side to have win once in the season that is fast approaching its business end in as far as the first leg is concerned.

Leopards were thought to have hit the road to redemption after hiring Czech Republican Tomas Trucha in October, replacing Tom Juma who was shown the door following the difficult start.

However, it has been a bumpy ride for the former champions as they have celebrated maximum points once under Trucha, leaving the fan base and football enthusiasts with more questions than answers.

The disjointed and dispirited show on the pitch hasn't been inspiring confidence leaving the possibility of introducing fresh blood in the mid-season transfer window a huge possibility.

Equally, Tusker are struggling to replicate the good performance they have been having in the past three to four seasons.

The draw against Leopards leaves them at the bottom half of the table with fifteen points, twelve behind log leaders Gor Mahia whom they went neck to neck up to the last round of last season.

Tusker have won four matches, drawn three times and lost five matches.

Leopards have a date with the wounded Bidco United this weekend while Tusker are set to play Posta Rangers.
