Kenyan Premier League defending Champions Tusker FC are in talks with Division one Coastal side Admiral over the prospects of signing their highly rated left back Aboud Omar who has been on loan to Bandari for the first leg of the KPL 2013 season.

Tusker FC team director Charles Obiny told Michezoafrika.com that they have written to Admiral and talks are already ongoing between them in a bid to net the left back.

“He is a great player we have been watching and are interested in signing him. We are already advanced in talks and we hope we will reach a deal,” Obiny told Michezoafrika.com

At the same time, the director has refuted claims that the team has been advancing on Bandari players unlawfully, citing the case of Aboud and former Mathare United right back Athman Buki.

“I wrote to Ben Oloo of Bandari enquiring about the two players but he has never responded. We realized Aboud was loaned from Admiral and we opened talks with Admiral on Aboud but we are yet to get a response on Buki,” adds Obiny.
