The KSSSA national handball games entered its day two on Wednesday at the Nakuru High School. North Eastern Province continued with their poor show at the annual games after a 64-0 thrashing by Nzoia representatives Kamusinga in the girls’ pool A.

Mombasa region representatives Shimba Hills had a close call when they held off Kirigwa 25-22 to secure a second win in the preliminary matches. In the boys’ category Lake representatives Maseno fell to Metropolitan representatives Makongeni 25-14 in Pool B.
