Kenyan International handball player Bryan Oduor moved to Division One team Stoholm from Mors Thy Handbol two weeks ago as the 2013/2014 season draws closer.

Oduor featured for Mors Thy’s first team in the Danish Masters League and also appeared for the Division Two team. In what may seem as a demotion for the player since he would have had the chance to feature in the European Handball Cup with Mors having finished 4th in the Master’s league, Oduor sees the move as a new challenge for him,

“I loved my time at Mors but if I am looking at the progress of my career I see moving to Stoholm as a right step for me at the moment.” said Oduor who was voted Most Valuable Player by Mors in the 2012/2013 season.

Oduor now seeks to make a mark in his new team and aiming to make it to the top league,

“My main aim is to now assist my new team gain promotion to the Danish Masters League and I know I will have to work very hard to achieve that. I would really like to thank God and also the Mors Thy Handbol family for making me who I am at the moment since without them I would be nowhere.” Oduor told

Oduor had gained interest from a number of Danish teams including TVH and a German club but it was Stoholm that emerged with the best deal for Oduor who played for National Cereals and Produce Board before heading to Denmark.
