At the Kick Fit Club (KFC) Boot Camp, losing weight is an activity that is full of fun considering the treatment regimen employed. A lot of research and experience has been invested in to give customers a satisfying experience at an affordable rate. As a result, a combination of Circuit Training and Interval Training together with a number of yoga techniques as well as kickboxing and strength training are involved to give an overall body workout. The result is a toned body that enjoys an isolation of every muscle of the body, increased fitness levels, strength, and endurance.
KFC boot Camp also provides a safe environment with qualified trainers and instructors coupled with up to date strength and cardiovascular training equipment and expertise. Trainer Lesley Sercombe ISSA. (international sports science association) and MP Athlete Cindy Parra are among the instructors who offer pristine instructions and advice that enrich anyone’s fitness journey.
