Deliberate Fitness is a result oriented fitness and wellness program originally located at the Sigiria Gate in Karura Forest, Nairobi, Kenya. The Fitness Team is flexible and can bring the fitness program at one’s doorstep, to a client’s home gym, to a gym near them or the client can decide to go to the Deliberate Fitness Center in Karura. There also are ready individualized programs that can be bought online. Whichever option a client decides to take, there are guaranteed results.
