Mathare United overview

Mathare United Football Club is a professional association football club, based in Nairobi, Kenya. They currently compete in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League, the top tier of the Kenyan football league system, and won their first and only league title during the 2008 season. The club plays its home games at the Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani.

They are two time winners of the Kenyan domestic cup competition in 1998 and 2000.
