Kenyan Youngster to meet legends at the World Cup

Kenyan youngster, Lloyd Kim was part of a hangout event where he got to have a first view of  some of the African players from Uganda and Nigeria who will accompany him to the camp. The 14-year-old is due to leave for Brazil on Sunday night and will be at a camp in the World Cup hosting nation for a whole week alongside over 100 COPA players from around the world.

Their stay there will culminate into them watching LIVE the opening ceremony and the match between Brazil and Croatia.

"I am very happy for this opportunity and I'll do all I can to make my country proud," noted the class 8 student. "I am going this time to attend the camp and watch the opening match. When I head there next time, it will be with when my country Kenya makes its debut there," he added.

Kim, a COPA national finals winning captain will also get a chance to meet Brazil soccer legend and 1994 world cup winner Bebeto, female soccer sensation Mata, among a host of other stars.
