Tunisia confirmed as Men’s Africa Club Volleyball championship hosts

Kenya Prisons are Kenya’s most successful club in the event, having finished second overall in the 2011 event in Cairo, falling to a 3-0 loss to record champions Al Ahly who also defeated them by the same scoreline in the 2013 third place playoff in Tripoli.

Tunisia has been confirmed as the host of the Men’s Africa Club Volleyball championship. The country also hosted last year's event. 

The tournament, which is set for May this year, will run from the 5th to 18th , is the most important men's competition for volleyball clubs in Africa organised by the African Volleyball Confederation, (CAVB).

They are one of Kenya’s three representatives to this year’s tournament alongside Kenyan champions GSU who pipped them to last season’s local title and Kenya Ports Authority who claimed third spot last season.
