"I am glad the girls bounced back well and we are now looking forward to play hosts Kenya on Thursday. This will be a tough match because we both want that ticket, but I think my team needs it more." said Rwanda coach Paul Bitok in a post match interview at Kasarani.

In a second match played on Wednesday ,Egypt easily picked straight sets of 15:25 ,6:25 ,16:25 against Senegal. This therefore means Egypt have three wins having beaten Kenya and Rwanda  in previous matches to top the tournament table standings.

Two teams  from the competition will win a direct ticket to represent Africa at the World Junior championships in Slovenia in 2017.
