Pipeline, KPA win Governor's Cup in Nyahururu

Kenya Pipeline on Sunday evening  lifted the  Governor's Cup during their first outing this season  after beating KCB 3-0 (25-16, 25-23 and 26-24) in the finals  in Nyahururu.

On their way to the finals Pipeline  beat rivals Kenya Prisons 3-0 (25-23, 25-7, 25-23) while KCB eliminated  Nairobi Water 1-3 (19-25, 8-25,25-20,10-25. )

 In the men's finals, KPA defeated Nairobi Water 3-2 ( 25-15, 21-25, 26-24, 25-12 and 15-13) to bag  the Governors title.

The winning teams for both the men and women categories took home 50,000 shillings.

MKU ladies won the Colleges and schools category with a 3-1 win over Graceland Secondary school Nyahururu.
