KCB out to upset form book as Volleyball Playoffs start

The Kenya Volleyball Federation national league playoffs will serve off on Friday morning at the Kasarani Indoor gymnasium with eight teams gunning for continental tickets.
Women defending champions Kenya Prisons and men crown holders General Service Unit won the last edition of the championships held at Kasarani in 2018.
Having finished second last year behind Prisons,KCB who boast of experienced stars like Noel Murambi, Violet Makuto ,Leonida Kasaya and Rwanda's top striker Ernestine Akimanizanye will be a force to watch in the women's finals.
Kenya Pipeline will be without their charismatic star and captain Trizah Atuka who recently underwent surgery to repair torn ligaments.
The top two teams in the men and ladies category will represent the country in next year's African Club Championship slated to take place at the Al Ahyl stadium in Cairo Egypt.
