Italian champions, Juventus, visit Udinese on Sunday as they seek a tenth straight Serie A victory in their title quest. Massimiliano Allegri’s side has been in such fine form that any slip up by their rivals will be taken advantage of with immediate effect, with Juve aiming to retake second position.

However, the Old Lady may find Udinese a mountain to climb. Early this season, in August, 2015, Cyril Thereau scored the only goal of the game in Turin, shocking Juve in what became the beginning of a bad run of form for the record holders. And with a revamped Stadio Friuli, the fans could be readying to make the ground a menacing cauldron for the visitors.

A victory by the Bianconeri against a side that they haven’t scored against in their last two fixtures, will push Juve to within striking distance of Napoli, as they will be only two points behind on 39. The game will also mark Gianluigi Buffon’s 250th Serie A game for Juventus.

Elsewhere, former champions AC Milan play host to fourth-placed Fiorentina in a mouth watering fixture, as they aim to haul themselves from mid-table, while Roma will welcome Hellas Verona, Sampdoria visit Udinese conquerors in Carpi, Genoa and Bologna play host to Palermo and Lazio, respectively, with Empoli traveling to Chievo Verona.

You can watch Udinese versus Juventus this Sunday, 17th January, 2016 LIVE on StarTimes World Football Ch.254 at 5:00pm.
