Equity, KPA maintain perfect run at FIBA Zone 5 club championships

Equity Hawks in action

 Equity Hawks and Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) maintained their 100% records as the FIBA Zone 5 Women’s Club Championship continued in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on Sunday 21 November 2021.

Equity made light work of Burundi’s Gladiators, registering a 45-27 to make it three wins from three and moments later KPA were made to work for every point of their 67-57 win over Rwanda Energy Group (REG) in the other fixture.

All eyes with be on the final day of the round robin competition when Kenyan sides KPA and Equity clash to determine who will be crowned champions of the competition that is making a return after being postponed in 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
