Kenya's  exciting Collins Injera  was named as the HSBC player of the final in  Singapore.

Injera was instrumental in Kenya's successful  form as the boys stunned the world  to become the second African nation in history to have ever won a Main Cup series title after South Africa.

In the final match , Injera  touched down twice to earn Kenya ten points in a match Kenya  whipped world leaders Fiji 30-07.

Also, Injera's penalty in the dying seconds  of the semi final match against Argentina could easily pass as the best move of the tournament  as he drilled home  a long range  penalty when all seemed to head to extra time as the two teams tied at 12-12. Kenya beat Argentina 15-12 in the semi finals.

The 29 year old sensation  has played a total of 336 matches for Kenya at the world rugby series stage scoring 225 tries  and a total of 1,155 points.
