Beach volleyballers set sights on Commonwealth Games qualification

The women’s team includes Veronica Adhiambo, Naomi Too, Brackcides Agala and Gaudencia Makokha while the men’s team is comprised of Nicholas Lagat, Donald Mchete, Ibrahim Odour and James Mwaniki.

Kenya’s beach volleyball national teams are in Accra, Ghana for the 2022 Commonwealth Games qualifiers which will run from 25th to 29th March.

The women’s team includes Veronica Adhiambo, Naomi Too, Brackcides Agala and Gaudencia Makokha while the men’s team is comprised of Nicholas Lagat, Donald Mchete, Ibrahim Odour and James Mwaniki.

They will be up against hosts Ghana as well as South Africa, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Gambia, Zambia, Mauritius, Seychelles, Rwanda, Mozambique and Botswana in the quest for top spot in both the men’s and women’s categories and with that, a ticket to the games.
