Makadara Junior League enters week 5

The Makadara Junior League actions continues this Saturday with hosts Makadara Junior league team (MJL) seeking to extend their league leadership in the U-13 category.MJL is at the top of the standings with a total of 12 points, 3 points ahead of 2nd ranked Simba Makucha who have so far gathered 9 points from the 4 matches played.

MJL will be seeking to extend their lead when they take on Tumaini FC while Simba Makucha will battle it out with Galacticos on Saturday at the Makadara grounds along Jogoo road. Binzaid will lock horns with Cyprus FC while Spikes FC face off Recimianto.

Third placed Eastlands centre will welcome Kiambio warriors as they focus on extending their points’ tally which currently stands at 7 points gathered from the four games played.

In the U-11 category, leaders Binzaid will take on Tena FC while spikes FC welcome Kiambio Warriors. MJL who have so far earned 12 points will battle it out will Recimianto FC while Eastland Centre takes on Tumaini FC. Simba Makucha is expected to honor its fixture against Cyprus FC .

Meanwhile the Nairobi junior league South B, The home of Michezo Afrika’s Junior Bears and Cheza Afrika teams is taking a recess as the teams take  their mid season break. However, the league is expected to resume in 2 weeks time.
