Flying Laukkanen Commands lead at end of Day Two

Finnish driver Tapio Laukkanen navigated by Pasi Torma finished the second day of the Safari Rally action with a commanding lead pulling away with a 3 Minute lead ahead of second placed  Jassi Catthe and third placed Ian Duncan who is driving his new Evolution 10.

Laukkanen will however face some stiff challenge from the experienced Kenyan drivers led by Ian Duncan, Carl Flash Tundo and defending Champion Baldev Chagger who are all in the top five and with a chance of pushing for the top spot in the final day of action.

Sunday is expected to be a test of nerves and skills for drivers as they will cover 10 stages. At ASK showground, they will make two repeats then make a second run of Loldaiga, once each in Kisima and Kibirichia stage make a second run of Nkunga before proceeding to Meru Forest.
