There will be no room for mistakes when Kenya Police play Western Jaguars at the city park stadium on Sunday. These are the sentiments of Police tactician Kennedy Kaunda ahead of his side’s second match of the season.

The law enforcers are targeting top spot in the league for the first time especially with the other top teams not playing this weekend. They beat KCA University 3-1 in their opening match of the season.

Kaunda said his troops are ready to assume league leadership and hold on to it to the finish.

"We will not underestimate our opponents. Teamr tha when they play against other teams so we do not expect a walk in the park,” notes Kaunda.

Police, the 2011 champions had arguably the best pre season preparations by winning three out of three tournaments they took part in.

"Once again the mistakes we made last season were costly especially in the opening two fixtures. Reclaiming the title remains our prime target." he said.
