Double loss for MSC in City tour

Mombasa Sports Club (MSC) trip to the city was futile after they tested two consecutive defeats in the Kenya men hockey premier league over the weekend.

The side suffered 4-1 defeat to Kisumu Simba on Saturday before winding their disastrous trip with a 4-0 loss to Kenya College of Accountancy on Sunday.

Kevin Odour scored from the penalty flicks one in either halves with Dan Tatara and Tony Simiyu the other scorers in the one way match in favour of the students.

George Olang’ of MSC noted the matches were very tough and the efforts put by his team mates were not good enough.

“We played our best according to the situation unfortunately we didn’t get any point from the outing.” Said the player.

On the opposite end Gordon Odour of KCA said  “The match was a good one especially to us, wed dominated well and should have scored more goals. It gives us an advantage going to the next match.” Said the player.
